Kilian, It's so hard every year - seems to be getting harder with each year. Knowing that we are missing everything about you. We were all so happy the day Jim and Jessie had Kilian. I remember having so much joy in my heart when I heard the news that he was born. Children are such miracles!
Today I am remembering his life, and the happiness he brought to all who love Jim, Jessie, Gracie, Tiernan, Delaney.

Today you turn 4. Today is such a bittersweet day. I am so thankful that we got to meet you, and hold you, and show you how much we loved you, and how bad we wanted you! We have such good memories of today 4 years ago. We loved everything about you. You were such a beautiful little boy. You had such big hands, I think you would have been a really big boy. You had such soft skin, it felt like silk. You had a cute little dimple on your chin. You had brown hair, I think you would have had brown eyes. You were beautiful. We were so blessed to have you. Today hurts really bad, to think you are 4, and we can't hold you. We can't see you. We can't celebrate with you. We can't kiss you. We can't watch you open birthday gifts or eat cake or anything. We want you here so bad. It's not fair, and it's so wrong to go through a child's birthday without them here. All we want is you. I would love to get one look at you, one breath of your sweet hair. To gaze into your eyes. To feel your touch. To hear your voice.
We are missing you so badly my sweet son. Please stay near us, we need you.

Sweet Angel,
This is the time of year that everyone is joyful and excited for the holidays. During this time we think about you and all the times we have missed with you. I remember watching Gracie, T-Bone and Laney running around during a football game this fall and couldn't help but picture you right there with them....we miss you sweet boy! You came to this earth for a reason, not matter how painful losing you was and still is. I pray that you continue to be an angel to this family, and that you know how much you are truly missed and loved!

Well I was finally able to get onto your website and it made me cry. Your son is beautiful. I will always think of him and never forget. I have stopped by the cemetary many times to see Noah and Abby and something pulls me everytime to visit Killian also. I am so sorry for your loss. Although I have never lost a child I do know what it feels like to lose dreams for a child and I know the heartache everytime you realize what your child would be doing right now and they will never get the chance to.
